Purchasing Process

Our primary method of purchase is via PayPal. If you would like alternate ordering options, please contact us via ebay, by using the contact form at the bottom of this page, or by emailing directly at info@roselodge-equinesupply.com.
At checkout, your shipping and contact information will be required before you are redirected to make a secure online payment through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make your secure payment.
If you would like a custom piece made please contact me and we can talk out the details for that special person or horse!
FAQ/FYI
Q. How soon will I receive my reins?
A. I try to ship small orders out the next business day. Occassionally it will take 3-4 days, especially when we lose power, or for larger orders.
Q. Do you carry other colors of rope?
A. You are always welcome to ask, many times we have limited amounts of purple, pink, etc. If you are not in a hurry, I can sometimes order in 5/8" Poly/Nylon for custom colored reins, minimums may apply.
Q. Can I call you on the phone?
A. We prefer all orders are placed online. We have 2 computers and like to work unconventional hours... :-)
Q. Do you take personal checks?
A. We will take personal checks, but our bank suggests that we hold them no less than 2 weeks. All checks must have a drivers licence and phone number. Payment by conventional money orders/cashier's checks are fine. Email us first to confirm your order, and be sure and include a copy of your order, and address when sending payment. Paypal is really the best way to pay, and you have an option to pay from your own checking account, as well as a credit card.
Q. What if I order, and pay for an item, and it is back ordered?
A. If you pay with Paypal, it is easy and fast to refund all of your money.
Q. If I am not happy, can I return an item?
A. You are welcome to return any non-customized item, clean and unused. Email us for a return authorization, and we will refund your purchsase price.... on eBay, we have a record of 1500 transactions, ALL positive, not even a neutral, and one of the highest 5 star ratings... so you can see we strive hard for HAPPY customers... :-)
Q. It is difficult to tell what kind of rope I want, double braided polyester, or the polypropylene over nylon... how do I make a choice?
A. I will send you a 6" to 1' sample of each, for no charge...
